1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the YouTube Summarizer Android application (package ID: com.reflectivalabs.youtubesummarizer) or this website, operated by Reflectiva Labs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app or website.

2 Use License & Intellectual Property

Reflectiva Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use YouTube Summarizer for personal, non-commercial productivity and educational purposes only.

All software, designs, graphics, source code, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of Reflectiva Labs. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the application.
• Use the app's branding or trademarks without prior written permission.

3 User Account

You may sign in to YouTube Summarizer using your Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Please notify us at devaskbiz@gmail.com immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

4 Subscriptions & Payments

YouTube Summarizer offers both a free tier and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed via Google Play billing.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's standard refund policy.
• Reflectiva Labs reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5 Third-Party Services & Content

YouTube Summarizer interacts with third-party APIs including YouTube Data API v3 and Generative AI providers. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated summaries are generated programmatically and may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
• We do not claim ownership of YouTube content, videos, or transcripts processed by the app.
• Use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
• AI-generated summaries are provided for informational assistance only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for watching the original content.

6 User Responsibilities

By using YouTube Summarizer, you agree not to:

• Extract data from YouTube in a manner that violates YouTube's Terms of Service.
• Bypass or circumvent API quotas, rate limits, or usage restrictions.
• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure.
• Use AI-generated summaries to misrepresent or defame video creators.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

Reflectiva Labs does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI summaries will be completely accurate or comprehensive. You use the app at your own risk.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reflectiva Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the app or website.
• Any content obtained through the app.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

9 Termination

Reflectiva Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to YouTube Summarizer at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your license to use the app will immediately cease.

10 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Reflectiva Labs operates.

11 Changes to Terms

Reflectiva Labs may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
